AR/VR Business Development Manager

職務内容 Lenovo is looking for a passionate, and enthusiastic AR/VR Regional Business Development Manager to support and implement our corporate market strategy. As Business Development Manager you will be the key interface for customers willing to adopt and scale Lenovo ThinkReality AR/VR solution in their environment. You will also be part of the customer extended account team as key AR/VR subject matter expert. You will be focusing on pushing our solution on the market and ensure delivery of our predictive growth. You will also be a key piece of the customer satisfaction puzzle by voicing customer needs and influencing our AR/VR solutions portfolio.

This role will allow a flexible working schedule. Responsibilities will include:

• Be the primary sales contact for a set of customers and proactively engage in AR/VR sales opportunities via customer facing activities.
• Define and maintain AR/VR sales territory plan to maximize financial results & achieve KPIs (e.g., Pipeline Generation / Revenue Generation / New Logo Acquisition ...).
• Design, execute & own focused initiatives to maximize AR/VR revenue, margin, attach rate and overall portfolio contribution.
• Leverage Lenovo’s internal eco-system in the territory Plan; engage with Account Team in Account Plan set-up including key stakeholder's coverage mapping
• Manage end-to-end ARVR Customer offering design and set-up, including RFP answers.
• Be the subject matter expert in AR/VR and provide field enablement on innovative solutions. Understand and provide guidance on emerging technologies
• Develop, in partnership with customers, AR/VR strategic projects framework and timeline for key milestone (Evaluation, POC, pilote and deployment).
• Work closely with AR/VR Solution Architect to provide solutions and system design in support of customer business scenario.
• Be the voice of customer / Work closely with the AR/VR Customer Success Manager to make sure customer feed-back is collected and used to influence AR/VR solution offerings. 
応募資格  5+ years’ experience in Sales / Corporate Business Management within the field of AR/VR
 Strong track record in corporate customer acquisition / development.
 Strong experience in developing complex solutions design and system integration for large international customers.
 Ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive solution development in a collaborative environment including ecosystem partners.
 Be able to communicates effectively at C-Level, strong written and oral presentation skills.
 Knowledge of digital transformation including AR/VR, IoT, Data management.
 Program languages will be a plus : C#, Json, Rest protocol.
 Complete technical architecture, deep expertise in data (PLM, 3D, 2D), applications/middleware, infrastructure will be a plus.
