HR Manager will provide strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on achieving business objectives of Lenovo Group.
The selected candidate must be a strategic thought leader, have a track record of building partnerships with all levels of employees and have a history of implementing successful programs across heavily matrix organizations.
Thought leadership, organizational agility, business acumen, relationship building, and solid execution are the keys to being successful in this position.
Person in this position will accelerate Service Led Transformation (Company initiative) as well as DX from HR perspective.

Roles and responsibilities:
The following roles are basically supposed but will be decided based on candidate’s skill and experience.
As a HR Business Partner, support business leader(s) for all HR related items (Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefit, Organization Capability and Talent Development and HR Operations) to help business growth
Lead HR initiatives as SME (subject matter expert)
e.g. Employer branding, Employee survey, Policy change
Provide proactive guidance and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations issues and other development feedback.

At least, more than 5-year experience in human resource area (including HR Business Partner and HR Operations experience)- Broad knowledge and experience in all human resources areas
- Business level English (internal, external, overseas)
- Strong communication skills (Logical one, communication skill, negotiation skill, presentation skill and so on)
Good to have - desirable
Experience in multinational company and matrix organization.
Study or work abroad
- Network with external professionals (Human resource, HR consultant and vendors etc.)
