Web 4P Sr. Manager
職務内容 |
■Role
・Leads and owns overall 4P strategies (product, pricing, place, promotion) and P&L for the Web business
・Leads following functions within the team
・Business Planning ー Manages P&L, sales planning, pricing, Gross-to-net, demand forecasting, and campaign planning for Lenovo products to meet budget and maximize sell-out share and profit
・Portfolio management ー Defines future product portfolio and SKU plans to maximize sell-outs within the Web market
・Route Planning ー Defines route to market strategy by managing sales plans and P&L for each Web Route. Owns growth plans within each route to maximize sell-out share and profit. Works closely with consumer & commercial 4P team to execute strategy and plans.

・Problem solving skills with quantitative analytic skills
・Logical thinking and communication
・Business level Japanese and English proficiency
・Ability to drive changes in business processes
・PPT、Excel skills

・Business strategy & planning roles for ICT products
・Management consulting experience
・Knowledge about PC / ICT products and industry
・Knowledge and experience on consumer retailer businesses
