AP Services Operations Japan Operation Manager

職務内容 Position Description: This position provides Services delivery business data insight to Japan & APHQ Service leaders.

• Fluent Japanese speaker; Fully understand Japan services delivery business
• Manages JP services delivery KPIs, BMS and drives KPI's excellence
• Work with finance team to forecast JP services nbmc (Warranty spending), call out risk and opportunity relevant • Support APHQ Ops team to promote QS (management reporting visualization tool) to JP local team, improve reporting efficiency
• Collaborate with AP (English speaking) cross functional, driving AP / Region's performance
• Manages Ops local projects
• This role will be required to work remotely with teams throughout the organization and therefore requires excellent communication and basic project management skills.
• Candidate should be able to think independently, take direction, meet deadlines, and work as a team player in the organization. Should also take ownership to accomplish new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to the job.

Responsibilities:
• Drive Ops excellence, focus on BMS, Cost/CX/KPI improvement
• Support local initiatives to drive performance improvement
• Provide quality response to all requests from Japan / AP Service management.  
応募資格 Position Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent, Finance / Ops experience is preferred.
• Experience:
¬7-10 years working experience; 3 - 5 Years Ops analysis related skills
• Language: Japanese / English / Chinese Fluent
