職務内容 ■About Organization
- Report to : Alex Sun, AP Workstation Segment GM
- Subordinates : 8
- Number of Peers : 6

■Roles and responsibilities
• Robust business acumen and lead Japan WS business, drive business growth and achieve financial/market share targets.
• Manages the relationship with sales/marketing/finance/operation team, develop Japan WS business strategy for growth initiatives.
• Strong communication and influence skills across business unit and function departments.
• Responsible for recruiting, developing, motivating and rewarding all direct reports.
• Articulates the Lenovo WS Vision internally and externally.


■Key Interaction with:
• High touch with internal stakeholders to drive business strategy execution.
• Weekly interlock with AP WSHQ, and keep regular business connection.
• High touch with WS team member, key enterprise customers, business partners and ISVs.
 
応募資格 Must Have
- 5years above experience in successfully managing a sales team in Japan.
- Good industry knowledge of auto, High-tech, media, entertainment, and distribution business.
- Business plan, data-driven and strong execution drive skill
- Strong communication.
- People management skill.


Good to have
- Experience in business development especially commercial products.
- Established network and connections in similar industry.
- Strong Presentation skills to CXO level with planning and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated,proactive, and strategic thinking.
