Service Innovation Manager

職務内容 ■Introduction of the Position
The Service Innovation Manager belongs to Lenovo Services Division. This person is expected to lead EtoE service innovation for cost optimization and CX improvement w/ advanced technology.

This means that this person is desired to consider strategic service transformation plan w/ advanced technology, lead transformation based on it, and realize Service transformation w/ cross-function members.



■Role and Responsibilities
The role of this position is dedicated for strategic service transformation w/ cost optimization and CX improvement and include;

• Find out the current issues or improving opportunities, and consider strategic transformation plan for service w/ advanced technologies
• Lead the transformation discussion, achieve the consensus for transformation, and realize the transformation w/ serve cross-function members
• Act as transformation project manager
• Improve Operation Efficiency by driving transformation
• Own the biz performance improvement
• Act as role model as the future leader and develop others as your successor
• Encourage the team to change, Driving Reskill for next generation service


■Key Interactions with:
• NECPC/Lenovo service tower members
• NECPC/Lenovo function team like HW/ Service Sales, R&D, Service internal functions, etc
• Service Delivery Partner
• Superordinate or peer organization in Lenovo Like Asia Pacific(AP) Service Headquarter, other AP regions.


■Business Trip (Location, frequency):
NECPC/Lenovo Japan service site (Gunma/Fukui/Osaka) : 1 or 2 times per qtr
Service Delivery Partners : 1 or 2 times per year
Overseas like other AP service region sites : 1 or less times per year


■Career Path:
Depot Operation manager, Service Division manager


 
応募資格 Must Have
 More than 5 years working experience in IT industry or IT related consulting firm, especially AI, bigdata analysis, RPA related is preferred.
 Transformation leading experience as project leader or consultant
 People management experience
 Strategic view
 Strong ownership
 Encourage others for the change
 Knowledge of IT, PC, AI, Robotics, BigData
 Knowhow to use technology to actual biz process
 Communication skill (Japanese and English)
 Logical thinking
 Presentation Skill/Negotiation Skill
 Coaching skill
 Project management skill(PMP holder preferred)


Good to Have
 Human resource development experience
 SE or programing experience
