■Roles and responsibilities

The Consumer Services – Business Development will be responsible to support our growth in consumer services sales, executing our bundling and after point of sale services sales strategy. S/he will have proven sales/marketing experience in the retail consumer electronics business



Responsibilities Include:

-Establish and drive a Business Management System to track opportunities and performance for Lenovo/NEC Japan services sales
-Operational Support and collaboration with Services Sales BDMs to grow services upsell pipeline
-Implement and Share Best Practice from other Geos as pertaining to services bundling strategy
-Be the point of contact between Services and the consumer Business Unit to position Services value proposition
-Collate and consolidate new requirements from the Geo in regard to tools and process enhancements needs
-Establish processes to upsell services at selected partnering retail stores
-Expand routes to reach our customer after point of sale and capture new revenue
-Work with Geo’s to run promotions through touch points

応募資格 ■Must Have

- Program management, sales support
- Experience working with global teams, across cultural and time differences
- Proven experience working across business units to execute projects
- Proven experience growing sales
