Workstation Solutions Architect

職務内容 Position Description:
As a Workstation Solutions Architect for Lenovo, you’ll be responsible for helping our account managers sell our Workstation product and solutions portfolio, including emerging technology platforms and devices. Your role will be to help articulate our portfolio and position our company for continued growth and success. You will champion the innovative power of our products and services to make our customers more productive, collaborative and transformative. You will understand Lenovo’s portfolio of award-winning products and develop strategies to help new and existing customers find and implement the best solutions. This is a client facing Technical Sales role requiring industry experience, the ability to identify, cultivate, and find new business opportunities, you will need expertise in workflow solutions and identifying business processes that can be improved with the help of IT. We are looking for a Technical Architect with a successful and proven track record to take their career, the territory and our clients to the next level.

Working with Sales teams to build partnerships with existing, current and new customers; pre and post sales technical support to maximize Revenue and Margin for Lenovo products.
Help our customers get the best from our products and use our technology to enhance their business
Deliver Roadmap updates and lifecycle planning to our customers placing, special attention to refresh strategy and upcoming needs.
Identify new opportunities for our sales account managers identify and inform key influencers within our customer set
Work with our Global Business units and Performance Teams to deliver exceptional customer interaction.
Maintain competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, provide insightful & actionable outputs across products, markets & competitors - including product positioning & SWOT analysis.
Deliver Subject Matter Expert support to sales & marketing teams, on both technology & products. Provide monthly / quarterly road map updates to relevant extended teams.
 
応募資格 Position Requirements:
-Minimum 5+ years technical and solutions experience in the Workstation sector (software and hardware)
-Experience of solutions messaging within customer accounts
-Proficient in being able to sell the value of Lenovo products and solutions
-Understanding of the Lenovo portfolio of products and their practical application/ contribution to customers’ requirements
-Experience in working directly with customers, Channel and Systems Integrators
-Experience selling complex solutions
-Proven track record of working within a team environment.
