Technical Account Manager

職務内容 Technical Account Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a delivery governance at both operational and management level. This job maintains relationships with customer and understand + alignment their object with Motorola’s goal. This role is expected to assist the customer in understanding the value that Motorola represent and accurately articulate the requirement from the customer. The position will be responsible for providing customers with the guidance and support needed throughout the product life cycle to ensure the successful launch of Motorola’s phones.


Key responsibilities
- Understand customer business pain-points and requirements that are established to meet their respective business objectives.
- Travel is expected in various parts of Japan during product launches to represent Motorola in a professional and ethical manger.
- Work with Motorola sales team to extend our sales efforts in the accounts
- Provide strategic input to Motorola regarding the industry or application technology trend in order to enhance the partnership with the customers.
- Track and feedback project details, design-in and qualifications plans based on the in-country competitive land-scape, process technology and qualification status.
 
応募資格 - Experienced in IOT for NTT / KDDi / Softbank
- Familiar with Felicia implementation and testing
- Proficient in Japanese, English and Mandarin for, listening, speaking and reading.
- Ability to understand the technical value proposition and then translate it into a business value proposition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, as this job is expected to interact with KOL & media.
- Prior experience in an operator technical interfacing role required.
