Product Marketing Manager

職務内容 ■Roles and responsibilities
- Lenovo Services is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Lenovo and/or NECPC to lead the service marketing program and service product lifecycle. This person will serve in a service marketing role reporting to the Sr. Service Marketing Manager. This is a service portfolio management role as a partner of Lenovo service sales and marketing team who will be responsible for driving services booking, GAAP revenue, PTI (Pre-Tax Income) by offering the competitive service menu and improving service margin by reducing service BMC (Base Manufacturing Cost).

Primary focus is 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), branding, new services launch, marketing parts number creation, marketing seminar, market communications and service registration in terms of KPI management of daily execution of the business.

S/he will work closely with the Japan services sales team, Lenovo Japan 4P team, and 4 sales organizations (RM, TP, Channel/Retail, Consumer). S/he also has to establish good and close communication with Lenovo global service sales, marketing and offering team.

- Manage service product lifecycle through developing, launching, and end of service life (EOSL), as a portfolio owner
Mange Marketing Planning(aka, 4P), Budget, Evidence and delivery contractor
- Release service marketing announcement letter not only internal but also external
- Sales training and seminar/event
- Delivery readiness (Partner, Service delivery team)
- Online Web contents creation
- Create Service T&C and SOW in Japanese
- Maintenance Marketing Parts number (price, costing, GP%)
- Competitive analysis
- UAT management for new marketing tools
- Create a mid-term roadmap for services sales marketing group covering Enterprise / Channel / Web sales divisions
- Design and facilitate meetings to efficiently solve business issues
- Monitor continuously and consistently business performance and initiative progress on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Facilitate issue solving and drive execution of recovery plans for KPIs

- 4P, Lenovo Sales, Legal, Finance
- Web Marketing
- Order process management with SOP and Dalian team 
応募資格 - 5+ years of experience in service sales and marketing in the PC market or IT industry (Hardware)
- Experience not only Support Services but also professional services and Managed Services
- Financial and business administration background
- Pricing, costing for service menu
- Experience of project management
- Logical thinking, analysis and communication skills
- Business-level English skills (TOEIC 600 or above) 
- Frequent Japanese speaker
- Work effectively with cross functional teams 
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint

Good to have - desirable
- 10+ years of experience in selling/working in the PC/Hardware services or related industry
- Knowledge and experience in service sales and marketing in the PC (IT) market.
- MBA
- Demonstrated strong leadership to cope with change
