OEM Sales Engineer (Workstation, PC, Tablet and IoT solutions)

職務内容 This OEM Sales Engineer (SE) position is a consultative technical sales role. You will work independently, and in partnership with your OEM sales account team, to win new designs on Lenovo’s Workstation, PC and Smart Device Solutions, as appropriate for our customers.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
• Present Lenovo PCSD OEM solutions from a technical and business perspective
• Analyze client needs and design/scope solutions accordingly
• Assist in responding to RFPs
• Act as Asia Pacific voice to World Wide OEM solutions Development team
• Engage Lenovo services, software, partner ecosystem, security solutions, etc. to develop an end-to-end customer solution to meet specific OEM customers’ needs
• Travel a minimum of 25% to attend onsite meetings within your region
• Experienced with the application of strategic frameworks and execution of strategic analysis
• Experienced in the development of innovative solutions, systems and products to support Lenovo objectives
• Ability to think “out of the box” to develop creative ideas and solutions based on industry and customer insight
• Applies thought leadership to solve problems that are without precedent
• Work with Lenovo’s product group to develop products and/or solutions that enhance Lenovo’s ability to deliver outstanding products and services to client
• Act as primary point of escalation of technical issues for the Sales team in which you support
• Provide training and guidance to Sales department
• Be a subject matter expert for all OEM products and solutions to all teams within Lenovo
• Travel may be required
 
応募資格 • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a technology role, including solution selling
• B.S in Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering or comparable
• Prior OEM experience is preferred
• Strong on one or more of OEM, “Spec In Solution Selling” Commercial IoT or software.
