Regional Key Account Profit Manager

職務内容 The Regional Profit Manager is responsible for driving the sales and achieving the requested profit levels of the specific region among a specific set of accounts. He / she will be reporting into the AP
He / she needs to work very close with the regional exec team as well as the sales and pricing team.
Key in this role is to identify areas of improvement (new profitable growth and margin recovery initiatives), define actions to drive more profit and track against those actions. Examples include but not limited to:
1. Assist F2F in building account-based business case and track against it (with assistance from Finance).
2. Assist F2F in optimizing PnLs – covering pricing strategy, product selection / transition plan, future component cost saving opportunities, local costs & MOT optimization, driving cross/up-selling opportunities.
3. Work out product transition plan before product transition happens and track against it.
4. Leverage available data to drive LOB conversion, around-the-box selling and strategic products selling.
 
応募資格 SKILLS REQUIRED
• Strong business acumen and solid financial knowledge.
• Strong knowledge on Lenovo PC product portfolio and E2E business processes.
• Capability to work independently across multiple functions.
• Capability to “think outside the box” and deal with ambiguities.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
University graduate with 7-10 years of experience in any of the following areas, preferably from IT-related industries:
• Customer management
• Product management
• Pricing management
