Consumer 4P(Account Planning) Senior Manager

職務内容 ■About Organization
Consumer 4P account planning sr.manager dedicate for leading channel strategy planning and execution of Lenovo brand PC, Tablet and peripherals
・Report to Consumer 4P Lead
・Subordinates : 2-3
・Number of Peers : 3


■Roles and responsibilities
・Plan and lead 4P strategy (product / price / place / promotion) for consumer business
・Lead channel strategy planning to achieve business target
・Supply forecast direction with aligning sales plan
・Manage budget for sales promotion and all of rebate program by business partners
・Lead retailer sales action planning and execution
・Direction for setting sales target
・Manage and motivate account planning manager to own each retailers management
・Communicate with sales lead and sales sr. managers to align business strategy
 
応募資格 Must Have - essential
・Over 5 years experience of business planning or strategy roll at ITC industry
・Dealing with scientific and mathematical approach
・Communication skill based on logical thinking
・Analysis skill
・English and Japanese capability as business level
・PPT / Excel skill




Good to have - desirable
・Experience of sales, marketing and operation roll for consumer market
・Finance knowledge (P/L management etc.)
・Project management skill




Must Have - essential
・ITC製品の事業戦略などの企画業務に携わった経験 3年以上
・数値的なアプローチによる問題解決スキル
・論理的なコミュニケーション力
・データ分析能力
・ビジネスレベルの英語、日本語能力
・PPT、Excelスキル



Good to have - desirable
・営業、マーケティング、などコンシューマビジネスに携わった経験
・P/L管理などの財務知識
・プロジェクト・マネジメントスキル
