Gaming Business Development Manager

職務内容 ■About Organization
Gaming Business Development manager dedicates for strategy including 4P, GTM, marketing and alliance partnership and also leads end to end execution of Lenovo brand Gaming PC, Peripherals.
・Report to Consumer Strategy Lead, Director
・Subordinates : N/A
・Number of Peers : 5


■Roles and responsibilities
・Plan 4P strategy (product / price / place / promotion) for Gaming business
・Annual / quarterly Gaming business planning based on market , customer, competitor survey and business analysis
・Gaming Product line up and price planning for revenue and profit management in collaboration with 4P business planning team
・Establish GTM plan and develop / enhance relationship with business partners in collaboration with 4P account planning team and sales team
・Lead Gaming marketing strategy based including online / offline, ATL/ BTL in collaboration with consumer marketing team and PR team.
・Develop strong partnership with alliance partners in Gaming industry to drive co-marketing / campaign executions.
 
応募資格 Must have
・Over 3 years’ experience of planning, marketing or sales roll at Gaming or Gaming related industry
・Dealing with scientific and mathematical approach
・Communication skill based on logical thinking
・Analysis skill
・English and Japanese capability as business level
・PPT / Excel skill




Good to have
・Experience of sales, marketing or operation roll for consumer market
・Finance knowledge (P/L management etc.)
・Project management skill
