Managed Service (DaaS) Sales, Service Sales Marketing
||■Roles and responsibilities
Lenovo Services is seeking a Managed Service Sales(BDM) to lead the upsell service sales and marketing team as Lenovo-NECPC joint venture (JV). This person will serve in a key leadership role reporting to the services Japan Sr. Manager. This is a highly visible role as a representative of Japan service sales and marketing team who will be responsible for driving services booking, GAAP revenue, PTI (Pre-Tax Income) by offering the competitive service menu and improving service margin by reducing service BMC (Base Manufacturing Cost).
Primary focus is services KPIs such as booking, revenue, funnel building and PTI, but this person is also responsible for running service sales and marketing team members in charge for service offering, branding, and market communications.
S/he will work closely with the Japan Sr. Manager but also s/he is required to be capable for strong communication and negotiation skills with Lenovo Japan SLT (Senior Leadership Member) including product team, 3 sales organizations (RM, TP, Channel/Retail). S/he also has to establish good and close communication with Lenovo global service sales, marketing and offering team. This job provides opportunities to set right goals, develop right strategies, drive right initiatives and evaluate result and outlook of services sales & marketing KPIs through daily operations and consistent business management system (BMS).
The experience of this position will help the successful candidate step up to a higher-level communication and Financial knowledge (lease, rental) in his/her future career not only the joint venture (JC) but also Lenovo global if applicable.
・Hit the quarterly and annual booking, GAAP revenue, Gross margin% and PIT
・Create a mid-term business plan for services sales marketing group covering Enterprise / Channel
・Set right goal, develop right strategies and drive right initiatives every quarter for services marketing group to achieve their KPIs
・Operate the business management system (KPI setting, reporting, meeting facilitation, etc) for services marketing member
KPI tree to manage key strategic initiatives
Set target for each KPI to achieve business objectives
Design and facilitate meetings to efficiently solve business issues
・Monitor continuously and consistently business performance and initiative progress on daily , weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
・Facilitate issue solving and drive execution of recovery plans for KPIs
・Business assessment (forecast) creation
・Lead operation improvement of services sales marketing group.
・Mentoring, coaching the services sales and marking members to motivate and maximize their performance
・Develop each members career goal and action plan
・8+ years of experience in lease/rental and sales in the PC market or IT industry (Hardware)
・Financial and business administration background
・Pricing for service menu
・Logical thinking, analysis and communication skills
・Business-level English skills(TOEIC 600 or above)
・Frequent Japanese speaker
・Work effectively with cross functional teams
・Strong communication and negotiation skills with Asia Pacific
・Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint

・15+ years of experience in selling/ working in the PC/Hardware services or related industry
・Knowledge and experience in Finance, service sales and marketing in the Server market.
・Demonstrated strong leadership
