Hyperscale Business Development Manager

職務内容 The Japan Hyperscale Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving quarterly Revenue and Margin dollar targets, whilst growing market share. As the overall hyperscale owner, responsibilities are broad, requiring strong Business and Financial acumen, as well as the ability to work in a highly matrixed organizational structure.

The position reports directly to the Hyperscale APJ manager

Key Responsibility Areas:
・Grow and develop country hyperscale business, single point of contact
・Ensure suitable pipeline coverage for hyperscale
・Identify and manage strategic acquisition accounts for hyperscale segment, and work alone with Account Executive
・Deliver hyperscale sales presentations across all large hyperscale prospects and at large industry events
・Drive tactical execution and traction of marketing programs applicable to hyperscale segment
・Engage with extended teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), product transition plans, and resource planning
・High level of interaction with Product Marketing and between other sales leads, including AEs, ISRs and channel partners
・Close engagement with Marketing, Strategic Alliances
・Increase market share
・Able to articulate hyperscale capability and understand hyperscale customer requirements and work with product team to propose solutions
 
応募資格 ・Minimum 10 years sales/technical experience, in or around the hyperscale, CSP (Cloud Service Provider), Telco market
・Quality years’ of experience in a similar role with a major player in the market
・At least a Bachelor Degree or Master's Degree (Preferable)

・Proven sales track record in Sales Leadership, combined with a passion for the customer and the products that deliver unique value
・Able to manage multiple complex sales engagements whilst always positioning value
・Able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
・Possess excellent communication skills – presentation, negotiation
・Able to work to aggressive targets and deadlines
・Strong leadership and evangelistic approach, imaginative, smart, passionate, approachable
・Self-motivator with a strong drive for success
・Strong Knowledge of the PC industry and specific understanding of Workstation hardware
・Experience with Servers and/or relevant vertical markets will be an added advantage
・Strong understanding of ODM, CSP market
