Senior Marketing Manager of Data Center Group(DCG)
||・As an JP Marketing leader, you will be directly reporting to AP DCG CMO / Head of Marketing. Responsible for transforming and growing marketing into profit center with clear KPIs defined for the JAPAN region.
・Develop and execute Data Center Group (DCG) Marketing plan and programs to drive awareness, demand generation and internal / channel enablement to establish DCG as the most strategic partner for Enterprise solution player
・Orchestrate annual and quarterly marketing planning aligning with Business strategic priorities with clear goals, roadmap and milestones
・Lead and implement campaigns thru Integrated Marketing Communication with big focus on Lenovo DCG led / 3rd party / alliance events and 360 degree digital/
・Liaise and work closely with alliances partners on co-marketing and GTM development.
・Develop & implement segment based campaigns to promote DCG solution portfolio : Think System, Think Agile, AI / HPC and Big Data & Analytics
・Develop C-level executive program to win the mindshare of key decision makers of target key accounts
・Establish strong database contacts to support C-level campaigns and account relationship building. Support end to end lead management process with leveraging regional tools and infrastructure.
・Social selling implementation region, Global Account Business team and key executives.
・Lead & manage day to day the JAPAN marketing team (Internal and external resources) & give clear strategic direction
・Provide Quarterly Guidance on:
o Focused, consistent messaging and identity
o GTM readiness aligned across product, channel, event, digital, social media and PR
・Establish systematic cadence to provide updates and discuss key priorities with AP Marketing, WW Marketing, JAPAN Business leaders, AP DCG Marketing, WW DCG Marketing and Segment leaders.
・Responsible for marketing automation (Eloqua and SFDC) for Database & lead management, tracking and campaign effectiveness
o Integrated and centralized process across all regions
o Cross leverage rest of AP DCG & WW DCG Marketing Best of breed
||・Degree holder, preferably in marketing.
・Minimum 08 and Maximum 15 years working experience in Enterprise/B2B marketing leading with in depth knowledge on Storage & Server
・Regional experiences in APAC marketing with connection and network covering key technology players
・Experience in managing Eloqua, SFDC & lead management system is a must
・Logical and analytical thinking coupled with strong communication and presentation skills
・Sensitive and strong in figures, cautious and attentive to details
・Fast learner; must be a task-master, ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
・The ability to perform independently, hands on and to work well in a team environment
・Excellent English (written and oral) is a must
