Commercial Marketing Manager

■Job Description
• Marketing campaign content development, delivery and management working closely with the other commercial marketing members, Commercial sales, products, service and 4P Goal to build and maintain favorable brand both in business partners and end-users and to generate new sales leads for products and solutions
• Drive digital demand generation programs and drive associated in-person events to deliver on commercial marketing KPIs
• Take advantage of diverse digital marketing techniques, maximize Lenovo’s awareness in the market and contribute to mid and long term sales revenue maximization
• Design and execute lead nurturing program with Marketing Automation tools in collaboration with Database Marketing team
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Function as channel marketing to derive specific channel marketing programs to drive incremental revenue and create a positive market image of our product portfolio
• Work with the in country PR and the other commercial marketing team and agencies to develop a comprehensive marketing plan
• Aligning with e-commerce team to avoid conflicts and optimize commercial user experiences
• Interface Global Marketing teams on developing the right campaign assets, providing country feedback, as well as adapting and running country specific programs and telemarketing
• Maintain and upgrade Marketing specific scorecard/dashboard and associated metrics/goals/benchmarks; track/report progress to commercial marketing senior manager on a weekly basis. Continuously tracking marketing results in Salesforce (SFDC)
• Drive and own closed loop marketing, driving tangible ROI/ROMI through quantifiable Marketing Generated Opportunities
■Key Interaction with:
- Elaborate plan with members of Comm marketing team
- Put the plan into practice with agencies
- Collaborate with Sales and e-Commerce team
- Collaborate with 4P/Operation team
 
応募資格 Must Have – essential
• Minimum 10 years business and Marketing experiences in B2B business.
• Strong experience in and knowledge of Digital marketing
• Highly knowledgeable about Marketing Automation and Lead Nurturing.
• Familiar with Salesforce and other Marketing Automation tools
• Demonstrated ability to address complex and ambiguous business problems with minimal guidance
• A self-starter attitude
• Numbers and result oriented mind
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Logical communication skills
• Ability to deliver quality results under stress and strict time-constraints
• Outstanding MS Excel and PowerPoint technical skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong English proficiency required to interact with APAC &HQ teams in face to face, phone to phone interactions
