Senior Engineering Module, Pack section process development
| 職務内容／Job duties |
【Position Summary】
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Process engineer to join our GEC team.
This role will be responsible for :
1. Based on the design input of the module PACK product, responsible for the manufacturability identification of the module PACK segment, development of mass production processes (such as feasibility verification, advanced process development, etc.), and on-site implementation work;
2. Establishment and improvement of module PACK process flows, maintenance of process flows;
3. Development and maintenance of various process documents for module PACK such as process technical specifications, CP/WI, FMEA, and training for production employees;
4. Familiar with commonly used theoretical methods such as DOE and FMEA, and able to apply them flexibly in practice, familiar with commonly used systems such as MES on-site;
5. Lean improvement of processes to enhance product yield, process capability, and reduce costs, proficient in using methods like 8D to solve product/process anomalies;
6. Possess certain mechanical equipment development capabilities, assist in upgrading and transforming production lines (such as efficiency enhancement, yield improvement, cost optimization, and process capability enhancement through lean improvements);
7. Have good cross-department communication and coordination skills, able to complete other department-related tasks assigned by superiors.

8. Able to accept a certain degree of travel and business trip requirements to other countries |
| 応募資格／Qualifications |
【Required Qualifications 】
Bachelor’s Bachelor degree or above
At least 3 years of working experience in the lithium battery/automotive industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
【Preferred Qualifications 】
Experience with specific tools or systems
Experience in a related industry or global environment
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge and skills of quality control tools such as 8D, FMEA, and quality system knowledge and skills.
Business-level English and/or Japanese,
Can speak English and Japanese or Chinese and Japanese，It would be better to be familiar with both Chinese and Japanese at the same time
Familiar with commonly used software (Word, Excel, PPT, Minitab, CAD, etc.) |

■就業時間：
8:30〜17：30(休憩時間60分）
※フレックス勤務： 有（コアタイムあり11:00-15:00 フレキシブルタイム7:00〜22:00）
■雇用形態：
無期正社員
■試用期間：
あり 3か月（必要に応じて延長する場合あり）
■昇給：
年1回
■賞与：
年１回（６月）
■休日休暇：
労使で協定したカレンダーに基づき、完全週休2日制かつ土日休（年間休日125日）
※有給休暇 : 20日／年（有給休暇は入社日当日より規定日数を付与）
