Supplier Quality Manager

職務内容／Job duties 【Position Overview】 The Supplier Quality Manager is responsible for leading supplier quality assurance activities to ensure that all components and materials supplied to AESC meet strict requirements for quality, reliability, cost, and delivery for lithium‑ion battery products and systems. This role is based in Zama/Yokohama and reports to the Global Supplier Quality Manager. 【Key Responsibilities 】 ・Supplier Qualification & Audits — Lead supplier qualification, audits, and approval processes in alignment with AESC standards and automotive industry requirements such as IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3. ・Supplier Performance Monitoring — Track supplier KPIs including delivery pass rate, NCR close rate, PPM, quality trends, and risk indicators; report performance to the Center SQ team and management. ・APQP/PPAP Management — Conduct APQP and PPAP activities to ensure supplier readiness for mass production. Root Cause Analysis — Lead structured problem‑solving using 8D, 5 Whys, FTA, and other quality tools to resolve supplier‑related issues. ・Supplier Improvement Initiatives — Drive defect reduction, process capability improvement, and corrective/preventive action implementation. ・Global Procedure Compliance — Ensure all regional supplier quality activities comply with global quality procedures. ・Customer & QMS Compliance — Ensure supplier adherence to customer requirements, AESC QMS, and sustainability expectations.   応募資格／Qualifications 【Required Qualifications 】 ・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. ・10+ years of experience in quality management within automotive, battery, electronics, or manufacturing industries. ・Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and automotive core tools. ・Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills. ・Ability to work effectively in a global, cross‑cultural environment and manage multiple suppliers simultaneously. 【Preferred Qualifications 】 ・Experience in lithium‑ion battery manufacturing or the automotive industry. ・Hands‑on experience in supplier quality management. ・Proficiency in English and Japanese; Chinese language skills are a plus.   待遇／Salary & Benefits ■就業時間 8:30〜17:30(休憩時間60分）　実働8時間 ※フレックス勤務：有（コアタイムあり11:00-15:00、フレキシブルタイム7:00〜22:00） ■雇用形態：無期正社員 ■試用期間：なし ■昇給：年1回 ■賞与： ＜メンバークラス＞　年2回（6月・12月） ＜管理職＞　年1回（6月） ■休日休暇：　 労使で協定したカレンダーに基づき、完全週休2日制かつ土日休（年間休日125日） ※有給休暇 :20日／年（有給休暇は入社日当日より規定日数を付与） ■各種手当 ・通勤手当：あり（会社規定に基づき支給） ・住居手当：あり（会社規定に基づき条件該当者に支給） ・寮、社宅：なし ・引越し手当：あり（会社規定に基づき対象者に支給） 　※家賃補助支給条件に該当される方のみ、提携業者金額を全額支給（一部会社負担対象外の家財有り） ・家族手当：なし 　※ただし、子育て祝い金あり（出生50万、小学校入学10万、中学校入学10万、高校入学30万） ■社会保険：健康保険・厚生年金・雇用保険・労災保険に加入 ■定年：60歳（70歳まで再雇用制度あり） ■退職金制度：あり（確定拠出年金） ■喫煙環境：屋内全面禁煙、敷地内に喫煙可能場所あり   勤務地／Location 神奈川県横浜市西区みなとみらい6-2-12 Kタワー横浜 ＜最寄り駅＞ JR横浜駅、みなとみらい線 新高島駅・みなとみらい駅 ※業務上、必要である時は会社が定める場所に勤務地変更を命ずることがある。
