IT Strategy & Investment Management Leader

職務内容／Job duties About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated IT Strategy & Investment Management Leader / Manager to join the Global Information System organization. This role is responsible for driving global IT strategy, investment planning, portfolio management, governance, and financial management across AESC's rapidly expanding global operations. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership, regional IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that IT investments support business growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of one of the world's leading EV and energy storage battery manufacturers while building a global IT management career. Organization The position is part of the Global Information System (GIS) organization. The role works closely with: - Global CIO and GIS leadership team - Regional IT teams across Japan, China, Europe, and North America - Business functions including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Corporate Functions - Strategic vendors and external partners The successful candidate will play a key role in connecting business strategy and IT execution across global operations. Key Responsibilities IT Strategy & Planning Develop and maintain IT strategy and mid-term roadmap. Align IT initiatives with business objectives and growth priorities. Identify strategic technology investments that create business value. Support executive decision-making for new business cases by IT solutions. IT Investment & Portfolio Management Manage IT investment portfolio and project prioritization. Evaluate business value, risks, and return on investment for IT initiatives. Support annual CAPEX and OPEX planning processes. Monitor investment performance and benefits realization. IT Financial Management Manage IT budget, forecast, and financial reporting. Improve forecasting accuracy and financial transparency. Analyze IT spending patterns and identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to improve cost efficiency and vendor management. Governance & Process Improvement Establish and improve IT governance frameworks and management processes. Define KPI, reporting standards, and performance measurement approaches. Support compliance, audit, and internal control requirements. Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives IT operations. Organizational Development Support knowledge management and organizational capability development. Contribute to process documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices. Promote a data-driven and performance-oriented culture within GIS organization.   応募資格／Qualifications Qualifications Required Experience managing IT CAPEX and OPEX budgets. Experience working within multinational organizations. Ability to communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders. Preferred Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: IT Strategy and Planning IT Financial Management IT Portfolio Management IT Governance PMO Cross-Functional Project Leader Digital Transformation Experience in manufacturing, automotive, battery, or industries. Experience with IT Business Process Management (BPIT) Experience in management consulting, IT consulting, or IT organization. Experience managing global projects and virtual teams. Language Requirements English Business-level English required. Ability to participate in global meetings, create executive presentations, and communicate effectively with international stakeholders. Japanese Native or business-level Japanese required. Ability to communicate effectively with domestic stakeholders and management teams.. Why Join Us?
