About the Position:
The FP&A Manager is a key role responsible for providing analysis and insight into the financial results of the Adecco branded Workforce Solutions business in Japan. With revenues of €1.2 billion and over 2,000 direct employees, this role plays a critical role in driving financial activities in collaboration with local sales and support teams and global counterparts. In addition, the FP&A Sr Manager will focus on developing the existing FP&A team to improve their performance. We are looking for individuals who enjoy driving change, are committed to achieving results, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. This role will report to the FP&A Director and may lead a team of 3 or more.

Key Responsibilities:
-Act as a key financial partner to the management of the Adecco brand, overseeing day-to-day revenue, expenses (above EBITA) including cost of services, compensation and operating expenses.
-Drive business results by providing analysis and insight into key business drivers, supporting annual/strategic planning exercises and other forward-looking processes.
-Continuously streamline and enhance FP&A processes, potentially spearheading the digitization of the forecasting process.
-Develop and optimize financial management processes to mitigate risk and uncover value within the business.
-Build financial models to optimize existing businesses and evaluate new investment opportunities.
-Prepare necessary materials for quarterly and monthly business reviews with APAC/Global.
-Support the annual budget and contribute to short to medium term financial strategy planning.
-Manage monthly closing activities in collaboration with Accounting and Middle Office, including variance analysis and preparation and explanation of management reports.
-Work with operational teams to improve reporting, manage expenses and provide valuable insights.
-Proactively make recommendations and take action to achieve budget and forecast targets.
-Demonstrate a strong commitment to compliance, integrity and ethics. 
応募資格/Qualifications Candidate Profile:
•We are seeking candidates with 10-15 years of financial management experience, including people management, in a significant global/regional business and/or large corporation.
•Strong financial background with expertise in strategic and financial planning, financial modeling, valuation, internal control, and financial operations (accounting and systems implementation).
•Experience in a multinational company within a fast-paced industry, such as FMCG or retail, with a vertical structure, is preferred.
•Experienced finance professional with a strong technical financial skill set, as well as a highly commercial and strategic mindset focused on delivering results.
•Brings an external perspective and challenges existing practices, with a keen eye for technology and digital advancements.
•Hands-on and capable of diving deep into financial analysis when needed, with a track record of driving change and margin improvement.
•While industry experience is not essential, familiarity with FMCG, professional services, or recruitment consultancy environments is highly valuable.
•Preferably experienced in leading finance transformation projects, such as margin improvement or performance management.
•Passionate and committed to taking on new challenges.
•Innovative and out-of-the-box thinker.

Education:
•Master's degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics/Business Administration preferred (MA/MSC/MBA).
•Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or CFA.

Language Skills:
•High level of fluency in English and Japanese.
