Senior Pricing Analyst(オペレーション&アドバイザリー本部FP&A部Commercial Finance)

The Commercial Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of our commercial operations. This role involves pricing control, monitoring and driving commercial KPIs, supporting service line business, collaborating with the commercial team, data analysis, managing DSO and cash flow, and handling system-related projects and tasks. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial insights and support to drive business performance and achieve financial goals.


◆Key Responsibilities

Pricing Control:
Develop, implement, and maintain pricing strategies.
Ensure pricing models are competitive and aligned with market trends.
Monitor pricing compliance and address discrepancies.

Monitor and Drive Commercial KPIs:
Track key performance indicators to evaluate business performance.
Provide insights and recommendations based on KPI analysis.
Drive initiatives to achieve financial targets and improve profitability.

Service Line Business Support:
Provide financial support to various service lines.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Offer strategic advice to enhance service line performance.

Collaboration with Commercial Team:
Work closely with the commercial team to align financial goals with business strategies.
Support commercial negotiations and decision-making processes.
Facilitate effective communication between finance and commercial departments.

Data Analysis:
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Utilize data analytics to drive business insights and strategy.

DSO and Cash Flow Management:
Monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and implement measures to optimize it.
Manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
Forecast cash flow requirements and address variances proactively.

System Related Projects and Tasks:
Lead and participate in system implementation and improvement projects.
Ensure financial systems are efficient, accurate, and up-to-date.
Provide training and support to finance team members on system-related tasks.

応募資格/Qualifications Employment status: Permanent

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
Proven experience in commercial finance management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of pricing strategies, financial KPIs, and cash flow management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in financial systems and software.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
