<Job Description>

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Senior Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Finance team. In this critical role, you will drive financial planning and analysis efforts, deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, and help ensure the company achieves its financial goals.

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will take ownership of comprehensive financial analysis and performance insights for the Akkodis-branded business in Japan. With annual revenues of €500 million and a team of over 500 employees exclusive of field engineers and consultants, this position is instrumental in driving financial excellence through close collaboration with local sales and support teams, as well as global stakeholders. A key focus will be developing and managing a strong pipeline for new business opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

We are seeking candidates who excel at driving change, achieving results, and fostering collaboration in team-oriented environments. This role reports directly to the FP&A Director.

<Key Responsibilities>

・Analyze and review financial statements and reports.
・Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed financial reports.
・Support budgeting and forecasting processes and assist in monthly close activities.
・Gain a deep understanding of key business drivers to inform decision-making.
・Provide financial guidance to project teams.
・Develop financial forecasts and build robust financial models.
・Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decisions.
・Ensure adherence to financial guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
・Collaborate with various teams across the organization to drive business performance.
・Assist in the preparation of strategic plans and budgets.

<Qualifications>

・Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
・2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
・Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
・Working knowledge of financial strategies.
・Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
・Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
・Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Anaplan, or related financial systems.
・Innovative and out-of-the-box thinker.

<Education>

・Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration preferred (e.g., MA, MSc, MBA).
・Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA or CMA preferred.

<Language Skills>

・Business-level English proficiency is required.
・Native-level Japanese proficiency is essential.
